About Richard Mollicone

Richard Mollicone has been the Agency Training Director at Baystate Financial since July of 2017. Recognizing that the industry has ever-changing dynamics, Richard understands it is vital that the training offered to all advisors of all experience levels is current, relevant and of value to their practice.

Among his primary roles is the coordination and administration of the training programs offered throughout the agency. With over 19 years in the financial services industry, Richard has also served as a Registered Representative, Compliance Officer and Operations Manager.

He attained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Rhode Island. A Rhode Island native, Richard resides with his wife Debra in Greenville, RI. They have two daughters, Michelle and Rachel, sons-in-law Jason and Nicholas, and two charming granddaughters, Emma and Lily.
